o Some breakthroughs require deeper spiritual discipline. Fasting amplifies our prayers and aligns us more closely with God’s will.
Action:
o Choose something to fast from (a meal, social media, etc.) for the day.
o Use the time you would have spent on that activity to pray and read scripture.
o Focus your prayer on one specific limitation or breakthrough you’re seeking.
